Engineering Review Before Manufacturing

- Define the Starting Point: Review the available drawing, technical specification, existing unit information, or operating data.
- Confirm the Cooling Requirements: Check the working media, cooling duty, flow rates, inlet and outlet temperatures, and operating pressures.
- Review the Product Configuration: Confirm the heat exchanger type, materials, connections, installation space, and applicable inspection requirements.
- Approve the Manufacturing Documents: Production begins after the required technical details and manufacturing drawings have been reviewed and approved.
Project-specific drawings and application details are handled according to agreed confidentiality requirements.
Support for Newbuild, Retrofit, and Replacement Projects

Newbuild Projects:
Manufacturing can be based on approved equipment drawings, system data, installation layouts, and project specifications.
The cooler construction, materials, connections, mounting arrangement, testing, and documentation requirements should be confirmed before production.
Retrofit Projects:
For equipment upgrades or cooling-system modifications, the existing installation envelope, piping interfaces, mounting points, and operating conditions can be reviewed.
Material or construction changes can be considered while retaining the required installation interfaces.
Replacement Projects:
When the original cooler is damaged, leaking, inefficient, or no longer available from the original supplier, a replacement can be reviewed from an existing drawing, nameplate, equipment photos, old cooler dimensions, or verified installation information.

Manufacturing, Inspection and Certifications
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Applicable Pressure Vessel, CCS, and ASME certification documents can be reviewed according to project requirements. VT, UT, and PT inspection by qualified personnel is available when specified.
Production Control
Materials, connections, critical dimensions, and assembly requirements are according to the approved manufacturing documents.
Inspection and Testing
Overall dimensions, mounting points, connection positions , and pressure or leakage testingare checked before shipment.
Project Documentation
Material certificates, inspection records, test reports, and other required documents are prepared according to the confirmed order .

Marine Heat Exchanger FAQ
A multi-circuit box cooler may be considered when several closed cooling circuits need to reject heat through the same sea chest installation. The cooling duty, working fluid, temperatures, flow rate, pressure, and required separation of each circuit must be evaluated individually before the arrangement is confirmed.
A tube-bundle-only replacement may be possible for some removable-bundle heat exchangers when the existing shell or supporting structure remains serviceable. The bundle dimensions, tube sheet, sealing surfaces, connection details, materials, and compatibility with the existing unit must be verified before manufacturing.
Vertical installation can be considered for suitable heat exchanger structures. Flow distribution, venting, draining, supports, connection loads, available height, and removal space must be checked before the installation arrangement is approved.
Yes. Access for removing covers, fasteners, tube bundles, or individual cooler sections can be reviewed during drawing confirmation. Information about access openings, lifting limits, nearby equipment, and available service space should be provided when onboard maintenance space is restricted.
Lead time depends on the heat exchanger type, overall size, material availability, manufacturing complexity, quantity, drawing-approval time, testing scope, required documentation, and any third-party inspection. The production schedule is confirmed after the technical and documentation requirements have been reviewed.
